The Botanical Table Massage & Wellness is a private practice founded by Theresa Shaw, a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. Theresa brings years of high-end resort and clinical experience to her table, having previously served clients at esteemed regional spas including The Spa at the Inns of Aurora, The Spa at Del Lago, and Willowbrook Spa at the Lake House in Canandaigua. Most recently at Journey Massage in Pittsford.

Today, Theresa offers her highly customized therapeutic approach in a quiet, dedicated studio in Victor, serving the greater Rochester and Finger Lakes area, including the surrounding Monroe and Ontario county communities. Every session is tailored to your unique physical goals, utilizing targeted modalities and thoughtfully curated botanicals for profound holistic recovery.

Client Intake & Communication: Clients receive digital intake paperwork and appointment confirmations via SMS and email prior to their scheduled arrival.
